This confirms that an updated version of Happily Ever After will return, and the catchy theme song won’t just be added to a new show.
However, it’s unclear how similar the new version of the show will be to the old one.
Disney will likely update several segments and possibly replace old scenes with those from new films (Encanto).
The current Disney Enchantment show added projections that play on the buildings on Main Street USA.
It seems likely this technology will be used for the updated Happily Ever After, but that hasn’t been confirmed by Disney.
An opening date for the reimagined Happily Ever After hasn’t been announced at this time.
